Market price risks are arguably the largest risk to the company and so it is standard practice at E3 to hedge these risks wherever possible. We have a dedicated in-house team which adopts comprehensive risk mitigation tools to manage price risks. In this process, E3 primarily utilizes futures and swaps to manage its risks.
The in-house dedicated Risk Management team, which directly reports to the management, is responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the company’s risk on a daily basis.
